List of Registered Assessor/Moderator

Assessors of pharmacy education and training are pharmacists registered by the SAPC to measure outcomes of pharmacy education and training. According to the Good Pharmacy Education Standards, assessors are qualified to assess the academic performance of pharmacy students and learners against specified pharmacy-related standards and qualifications. Moderators are qualified to moderate the academic performance of students against specified pharmacy-related standards and qualifications.

How Do I Become an Assessor/Moderator?

Pharmacists who have completed training as assessors/moderators may apply to be registered as such with the SAPC, using the Application for registration as an assessor/moderator, available on the SAPC website.

Assessors and moderators of pharmacy education and training help maintain the quality and consistency of training programmes for pharmacy professionals. Pharmacists who have been registered with SAPC as assessors and moderators are required to pay assessor and moderator annual fees in order to remain active.
